Everything still works and you can bid, however bids placed by others and timers will not refresh automatically. You you will need to refresh the page to see those changes!
NOTE: We plugged in everything with a cord, the things with motors spun, the things with lights lit up. That's as far as we tested, but the stuff that didn't work is noted in the lot, or never got listed. Come to the preview and try it, we've got electricity!
Preview and pickup is at 904 S. George Washington Blvd. Pull into the parking lot of the old Boulevard theater (the large building on the Southeast corner of Lincoln and George Washington Boulevard). You should see a sign at the South end of the parking lot pointing to the auction. We're around the corner on the George Washington side of the building.

Come see for yourself!)
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RIGHTHANDAUCTIONS.COM AUCTIONS
THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT OR ARE NOT ABLE TO PAY AND PICK UP YOUR ITEMS WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TERMS OF EACH AUCTION.
Bidder and Auctioneer agree that the terms listed below shall govern each online auction sale.
By placing a bid on this or any other righthandauctions.com auction, you are verifying that you are at least 18 years old, and acknowledging that you understand and will comply with all terms and conditions listed here, and those listed within any specific auction in which you bid.
A BID IS A LEGAL CONTRACT: As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Seller, and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the price you agreed to as your bid. Privacy of your password is YOUR responsibility. Bids placed under your account are legally binding. Placing a bid on this Site, and winning, then not paying for the product is illegal in most states, and prosecution will result wherever possible. The Seller of property sold through this Site reserve the right to reject any and all bids, at their sole discretion.
righthandauctions.com reserves the right to change these terms, specific auction details, and conditions of the User Site Agreement from time to time, and it is the Bidder's responsibility to review any and all changes made to these terms and conditions prior to each use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree in advance to accept any such changes.
RIGHT HAND AUCTIONS, LLC (hereinafter “righthandauctions.com”), serves as the site host for this and other auctions.
This auction is contracted and managed by GREAT PLAINS AUCTIONS, LLC hereinafter “Affiliate”.
Affiliates (Affiliate) are not employees, agents, representatives or partners of righthandauctions.com. righthandauctions.com’s knowledge about individual auctions and individual auction transactions is limited to the information appearing on the website. righthandauctions.com’s role in the auctions listed on righthandauctions.com is limited to providing the venue for affiliate auctions. righthandauctions.com bears no responsibility and will not be involved in any dispute resultant from this auction. All questions, concerns, or disputes must be directed to Affiliate via the contact information listed herein.
Seller may include third party consigners, employees or agents of righthandauctions.com, or of Affiliate.
BUYERS PREMIUM / SPECIAL FEES / SALES TAX:
Unless a specific auction states otherwise, a 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all items and lots. For example, if you bid $100 on an item at the auction, you will be charged $115 (plus any applicable taxes or required fees) for the item on your auction invoice. Any specialized fees such as for real estate transactions, controlled goods, disposal, etc. will be collected when required, see the auction detail, and contact the listed Affiliate or Seller for details. All sales are subject to appropriate state Sales Tax laws. Tax-exempt buyers: You may contact righthandauctions.com for the appropriate forms at least 48 hours before the auction you wish to bid on for appropriate forms. No refunds will be given for collected taxes.
BID PROCESSING / DYNAMIC/STAGGERED CLOSING:
Most auctions will close at a rate of several items per minute. If a bid is made within the last five minutes, the closing time for that item will be extended for five (5) minutes in order to imitate a live auction as closely as possible. This prevents "sniping" and allows all bidders an equal opportunity to be the high bidder if they so choose.
righthandauctions.com or Affiliate may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes. If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice.
The auction will close according to the terms listed specifically within each auction. Any terms or conditions listed for a specific auction will supersede those listed within the general terms in this agreement. Along with closing date and time, item inspection, location and removal times will also be listed for that specific auction. Employees and Owners of righthandauctions.com, Affiliates, and Sellers reserve the right to bid on all auctions, for themselves, for other buyers, or on behalf of the Seller.
If you have been outbid you may be notified by email ONLY until the day before the auction ends. The email outbid notifications will not be sent for an auction beginning at midnight (EST) on the day of the auction ending. We recommend you refresh and review your bids frequently. Items that you have been outbid on will be marked.
WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION:
Notification of items won will be sent to you ONLY by email. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify their own items won and lost via auction listing web site, and to check your email (it may be necessary to check junk/spam email folder.) If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify righthandauctions.com by email or phone no later than 9:00 a.m. the day following the auction ending. In the event an item is not available when you arrive per the listed terms for pick-up, the buyer must notify our onsite staff and file a claim within 24 hours of the pick-up date by replying to your original emailed invoice noting which items were not available for pick-up. After 24 hours past pick-up, righthandauctions.com and the buyer agree that no adjustments or refunds will be made.
Unless previously arranged, or otherwise noted in the specific auction details, payment will be charged to the Credit Card you have registered for your account. All invoices must be paid prior to removal of items, and a *Paid in Full* invoice must be presented when picking up. All payment arrangements must be made within 2 business days of the auction closing. Business days are Monday-Friday.
It is your responsibility if you have not received a paid invoice via email within 24 hours of submitting payment, to contact righthandauctions.com to verify receipt of payment. A valid credit card must be kept on file with righthandauctions.com at all times. righthandauctions.com has the right to submit an authorization from time to time to ensure the credit card is valid. If the card cannot be charged, righthandauctions.com will disable your bidding rights and they will not be reinstated until a valid credit card is provided, and all outstanding balances are paid. In the event your credit card on file, or any other method of payment submitted, is declined, charged back, or otherwise results in a lack of payment as required, you agree to reimburse righthandauctions.com all balances due, actual costs incurred as a result of such occurrence, and $30 penalty. Past due invoices will incur a $25 penalty. No personal checks will be accepted.
Once an auction has ended, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward including at the premises of the sale.
REMOVAL TIMES ARE ABSOLUTE! IF YOU CAN NOT REMOVE YOUR ITEMS DURING SCHEDULED PICK-UP TIMES, DO NOT BID! Failure to remove purchased items during time allotted pick-up time will result in a storage fee of $50.00 per day per invoice. Items remaining at sale location after thirty days will be considered abandoned. Ownership of item will then revert to party with primary vested interest in the item, to sell or dispose of item as it sees fit. Any funds paid shall be forfeited to satisfy terms of sale. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection, and other fees, including transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned/forfeited items. Premiums and fees remain applicable.
If shipping is required, and is listed as available on the specific auction details, we will use the UPS Shipping Calculator to determine shipping prices. You will also need to add a packaging and handling fee to the invoice price as follows: For small items which will fit in a parcel box, 10lbs or less = $12.00 11lbs to 25lbs = $17.50 26lbs to 50lbs = $23.00. For oversized or items weighing 50lbs or more, call for quote. Weight is calculated using combined weight of the shipped package, including item(s) purchased and any required packaging materials.
LIVE INSPECTIONS, PICTURES, AND TEXTUAL DESCRIPTIONS:
righthandauctions.com, Affiliate, and Seller strongly encouraged Bidder to personally and carefully inspect each item or lot to determine the nature, quality, condition, quantity, and size of the item or lot PRIOR to bidding.
For demonstration purposes, pieces from more than one lot may be pictured or connected together. You are bidding on the item as it is described. righthandauctions.com makes effort to ensure the descriptions are accurate, and the photos are clear. In the event of an error in the listing, it will be the description and not the photo that will establish the item won. If you feel there is a discrepancy or error between a listing and a photo, contact righthandauctions.com for clarification. Your bid remains binding, and retraction is not possible once the auction has begun. We want you to be happy with your experience, so again, PLEASE come to the preview, and satisfy any questions before you bid.
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD:
The descriptions of items or lots appearing in the auction and in advertising are believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statements made by Affiliate, Seller, or righthandauctions.com concerning any items or lots shall be construed as a warranty either express or implied. ITEMS AND LOTS ARE SOLD AS IS - WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS. Bidder acknowledges that all items and lots were available for inspection prior to the auction and, by these terms, righthandauctions.com, Affiliate, and Seller strongly encouraged Bidder to carefully inspect each item or lot to determine the nature, quality, condition, quantity and size of the item or lot PRIOR to bidding.
